This place is completely run down, and the service was very poor. I paid in cash and they didn't even give me an invoice. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

The geyser wasn't working at all, so there was no hot water in the winter. I complained, but they only kept justifying things instead of taking action. They were very poor at meeting basic customer needs.

The location and service were good, but the rooms and bathrooms weren't very clean. I'd skip it on my next trip to Delhi.

10/10
The location worked really well, with a metro station, local markets, and other places nearby. Food and services were good too, and the staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was very good, and the price felt fair. We had a good stay and I'd happily choose this hotel again.

We booked for a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is near Karol Bagh market and close to central Delhi, with easy access. Rooms were clean and decent, and the breakfast and food were delicious. Staff were kind, helpful, and cooperative throughout. The place was comfortable, reasonably well appointed, and good value for the price. A fun, welcoming place to stay in Delhi.
