The hotel is on a lively, crowded street, with good connections because both the railway station and metro are nearby. I felt safe during my stay. The room was spacious and tidy, room service was good, and check-in and checkout were easy.

After two days of travel, we finally had a proper, satisfying meal here, and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and service was quick and courteous. Our stay was really pleasant, with neat, comfortable, well-kept rooms and staff who made us feel welcome throughout. A memorable experience, and we appreciated the comfort and hospitality.

The receptionist was rude and uncooperative, with no basic courtesy. When we raised our concerns, there was no apology or sign of concern. That poor attitude added to an already awful stay, and the service and management showed little regard for guests. I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances. It wasn't worth the money, time, or stress, and I'd advise travelers to avoid it. The bedding was filthy. Our blanket was torn, the sheet dusty, and the bed liner visibly stained. We developed rashes after sleeping there, which made the hygiene problem feel unsafe and raised a serious health concern. The handwash bottle was dirty and sticky too, making us wonder whether the bathroom had been cleaned at all. The room didn't have the kettle or fridge listed on the hotel's website, which was misleading. There was no drinking water in the room until we specifically asked for it. Then the TV connection was cut off before checkout, which was inconvenient and unprofessional.

The street is extremely noisy, and I couldn't sleep. The whole area felt unsafe and dirty, and this isn't a hotel for tourists. The photos on Booking and the website don't match what I saw. When I ran out of toilet paper and asked the housekeeper for more, he never brought it. Breakfast was clean, but Indian rather than European. My bathroom was terrible, with mold, and the power switch didn't work. I only came because I was with the group. Never again.
