We'd paid in full on Goibibo for an April reservation, but when we arrived the hotel said our rooms had gone to someone else because we hadn't confirmed by phone. They claimed all rooms of the type we'd booked were taken, though the place didn't look busy, and asked for Rs 500 extra per day for an upgraded room. The staff were very rude, and water was left standing in the washroom. It was a thoroughly unpleasant stay, and the whole thing felt like an attempt to extort more money. Avoid if you can.
