Nikhil, the service boy, is doing a great job and really impressed me. The staff were polite and helpful, the service was very good, and the food was delicious and well prepared. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Some colleagues saw cockroaches in the bed and said their rooms smelled, so they left right after checking in. I got luckier and had a fairly clean, decently sized room. It was just okay for sleeping, nothing more. We’d booked several rooms for a company event because the Park Inn around the corner was full. Don’t make the same mistake. I arrived late and was greeted by a grumpy, unfriendly receptionist. The whole building looked run-down and dirty, which made it feel unwelcoming. There was no warm water at night, so I had to take a cold shower. The only toilet paper roll was soaked from water dripping from somewhere, and there were two spoons at the bottom of my closet. The breakfast room and buffet were so uninviting I didn’t feel like eating there. I stayed one night, then we all moved to another hotel. Read this before choosing the place. The positive reviews are obviously fake, they all sound the same, with phrases like “cosy, stylish, intimate.” Don’t go here.

The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t very good either. The parathas could use tastier masala. Apart from that, it was a good stay and a nice place, with very good staff.

The only real benefit is the location. The rooms were in a terrible state, with damp and mold all over, even on the fans and bed corners. The person at reception had a bad attitude, and the restaurant was dirty with no hygiene. It wasn’t worth the price, so I didn’t stay and left. Avoid this place. There are better nearby options for less money.
