The staff service was awful, and the hotel was extremely unhygienic. Worst hotel ever. I’d advise you not to go.

I wish zero stars were an option. The doors didn’t latch properly, which felt like a serious security issue, and staff kept peeping into the room. For half my stay there was no water, and the room felt like a prison cell. Food was too expensive and served unhygienically, and they denied my son the complimentary breakfast. The staff were utterly rude and unprofessional. “Pathetic” doesn’t begin to cover their service. A total mess.

The room was disgusting, and the staff were very rude. OYO had booked the room for me, but when I arrived the staff and manager demanded more money and wouldn’t hand over the key. They said it was their hotel and they could charge whatever they wanted. When I asked to see the tariff, the manager said they didn’t have one and could demand any price, like 5000.

They didn’t even provide water, and there was no customer service. They made a senior citizen stand and wouldn’t give them a room, and they showed no respect for privacy. The people running the place were rude and behaved like goons. I wonder why OYO added this hotel. The app rating is 4+, but I believe it’s false because the people running the hotel gave themselves five stars. They’ll snatch your device and submit the rating themselves. This is the worst hotel in all of North Delhi. Couples and families, please stay away from these cheap, awful people.
