The staff were extremely rude when I checked in, and the whole thing felt like a scam aimed at people without a physical ID. I’d booked and paid online through the Ixigo app, but they made me pay another 500 rupees because I didn’t have a printed ID. I showed them my government-verified DigiLocker ID, and they still refused to accept it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. This was my experience, guys. If you won’t accept a WhatsApp copy, you should mention that online too.

The hospitality made my stay feel special. Everyone I met was kind, attentive, and seemed genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. Their warm attitude and professionalism made me feel valued throughout. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, a great place to relax. It’s rare to get that kind of cleanliness, comfort, and heartfelt service together. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone wanting a welcoming, reliable stay.

The staff really stood out. They were friendly, polite, and ready to help with a genuine smile, and I appreciated the care they put into their service. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

The bed had a used condom left inside it, and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff didn’t speak well, and they didn’t even provide a water bottle.

There’s a water problem here, with such a slow flow that you can’t even bathe properly 🥴. The rooms are average and don’t have windows.
