The bedsheet was torn, the AC leaked, and the flush didn't work. The room looked different from the pictures, and they never let you in when you book prepaid. OYO provides terrible rooms. I'd rather stay at a station than here.
After my booking was confirmed, I couldn't reach the hotel by phone and couldn't find it. OYO's executives had no idea how to handle the situation, so at the last moment we had to book somewhere else.
We spent two hours looking for the hotel and couldn't find it. They didn't answer the phone either. Don't book or go there. There were lots of other people searching for it too.
