We came with friends and had a really enjoyable visit. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and I’d recommend this place if you want a five star setting for a celebration. Staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived, offered me a seat and water, and were courteous throughout. The reception was tidy, with comfortable, neatly arranged sofas and pleasing decor.

I would have given the stay and hospitality four stars: the rooms were clean and spacious, and the service team regularly checked whether guests needed anything. But the wedding event problems brought my rating down. At my friend’s wedding, the Haldi ceremony chaat counter wasn’t ready on time despite repeated follow-ups. Only one small lift was working for the venue, delaying the Sangeet, and several banquet hall sockets didn’t work. There were also problems with the interconnect check and mistakes in the final payment process. We felt the team hadn’t prepared well or taken enough initiative to meet our needs before the event. The hotel is in a lively part of the city, but fairly far from the airport. I hope management improves event coordination and follows through on what’s promised during wedding bookings.

I’m updating my earlier review because management made a real effort to address my concerns. The first breakfast was disappointing by five star standards: the presentation was poor, the fruit was stale, and the hospitality was lacking. The restaurant managers and Head of Food Division reached out personally, promised changes, and followed through. By the second day, the fruit was fresh, the display looked much better, and the pancakes had improved a lot, though the waffles were still a bit dry. Before that improvement, I’d travelled through four major Indian cities over the previous couple of days and stayed with some major hotel chains. This was the worst breakfast I’d had. The coffee was decent, but the vegetables and fruit were off and didn’t feel up to a 5-star standard. The furniture was old, the presentation was poor, the pancakes were like biscuits, and the juices weren’t at a crown plaza standard. The staff needed to smile; there was already enough attitude outside, and we didn’t need to start the day with that. The rooms were decent and organized, check-in was easy, and the rooms were quiet. The in-room service boys were fine.

Mr. Ridham and his team looked after my group during dinner and breakfast, and the service was excellent at both meals. He showed initiative, paid close attention to what we needed, and checked in regularly to make sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and dedication made the dining experience better. He’s a valuable part of the team, and I appreciate his efforts. Thank you 🙏
