FabExpress Taj Home Stay

It's a budget hotel for people looking for an affordable stay. The staff were always cheerful and smiling, and the room service was proper. I had a very good experience with the team.

The owner and staff helped us far beyond what we expected, and I'm deeply grateful. When our international flight to the US was suddenly cancelled at the start of the Covid-19 quarantine, a woman at Delhi airport recommended this hotel. She was right. We stayed for 11 days in March 2020, not knowing how long we'd be stuck there. The place had recently been remodeled, so our room was new and very clean. The Wi-Fi was terrific, and cable TV included English programming. Since we couldn't leave the building, they provided home-cooked meals at no charge and took us to the roof in the evenings so we could get out of our room for a while. They also offered to call the US Embassy and arranged a car to take us there for free. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful everyone was.

The rooms and bathrooms are roomy and look neat, and the price is affordable. It's also within walking distance of yashobhoomi metro station on the airport metro line. The problem is that the rooms smell of alcohol and cigarettes.

I was very happy with the staff and their service. I stayed for around 3 to 4 days, and it's a lovely place. The staff were supportive and well mannered, and the food was good too. I'd happily come back again and again, and definitely recommend it to others.
