The rooms are small, with little space for big bags, and the lighting is dim. The hotel is hard to find because it's in Gali 7, not where the map shows it. Chuna Mandi is always dusty and polluted.

It's close to RK ashram metro, but the rooms and surrounding area are very cramped. There was no service, no water, no tea, and the staff behavior was the worst. The worst hotel I've stayed at in Delhi. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The water supply was shockingly bad, with dirt and sand coming through, so it was impossible to shower or even wash my hands properly. The bathrooms and bedrooms were visibly dirty and the whole property felt neglected. Room service was a joke: several calls went unanswered, and nobody came to help with simple requests. Staff were shabby, dismissive, and unprofessional, with no interest in addressing our concerns. The location was terrible too, far from anything of interest and inconvenient for getting around. This recent stay was an absolute nightmare and deeply disappointing. I'd strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Waste water came through the pipe into the wash basin and bathroom. The fan was noisy and there was no AC remote. The room and bathroom didn't look like the ones shown in the booking application. Service was very bad, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Dirty water came through the washroom pipe, and the smell was unbearable. The room and the whole area felt unhygienic. I couldn't even take a bath or brush my teeth because of it.
