Being turned away at midnight with no room after paying in full for a confirmed online booking was unacceptable. They offered no alternative, help, or even an apology. I felt they showed no responsibility or professionalism, and no regard for my safety or comfort. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially if you care about your time, money, and safety.

I only needed a place for one night, but Fab Hotel moved my booking from Fab Hotel Anuyatham near PVR Saket Delhi to Fab Blue Lagoon Khirki Extension on the day I was due to arrive, saying there were issues at the PVR Saket Fab Property. When I got to the new place, it felt shady, dirty, and unhygienic enough that I worried I might get sick. The sheets were unclean and the bathroom taps didn't work. It gave me the impression of an oyo room hotel for shady business. Awful stay, and I won't book Fab hotels again.

The rooms were disgusting and misleading, even after they upgraded us. There were roaches, bad smells, and stains, and the place felt unsafe. The neighbourhood also seemed dangerous and very unsafe. Please don't book based on the photos.

Housekeeping was consistently attentive and left … The front desk also helped me find a good local restaurant when I asked for a recommendation. The staff at Hotel Bluee Lagoon really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
