Fabhotel Cameron

Don't book this Fabhotel without checking the room first. I paid an advance on WhatsApp for a room with breakfast, thinking it was a 3-star hotel, and even called to check that the rooms would be clean. Instead, the toilet was filthy, there was mice shit on the bed, and the sheets were stained. We arrived late and had to find another hotel in Delhi in the middle of the night. They refused to refund me and keep asking for photos as proof. After a long journey, why would I think to photograph a filthy toilet and mouse shit? I just wanted to get out of there. Keep my hard earned Rs.1300, it seems you need it for Harpic and pest control. Book at your own risk.

The hygiene was extremely poor, and the bed covers and sheets were in terrible shape. They didn't look fresh or clean, more like they'd been used by someone else already. That was very disappointing and far below what I'd expect from a hotel. I hope they take immediate steps to improve cleanliness and maintenance.

We paid 8k for 3 nights, which isn't cheap, but the hotel wasn't even worthy of 1 star. The customer support wasn't available, and I wouldn't trust Fab Hotels flagships. The room was filthy and frighteningly unhygienic. The photos are deceptive. The sheets were stained and dirty, used soaps were left in the bathroom, and there were cobwebs and dead cockroaches. The walls were flaking and the chair was so dirty we didn't dare touch it. Even after asking them to replace all the sheets, they couldn't find a clean one. Thank God we'd brought a bedsheet to cover the dirty one.

The pictures they upload are fake, and the property looked completely different in person. The room was beyond dirty, as if nobody had cleaned it. The walls were in bad condition, the room and bathroom stank, and the sheets were dirty. There was dust and dirt scattered around the whole room. Such a pathetic condition. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever checked into.
