I booked Fab Hotel CG International, Paharganj on 26 January for 9 February to 13 February, and the platform showed the booking as fully confirmed. After a long journey, I arrived on 9 February only to be told the hotel's tie-up had ended and there were no rooms. They pushed me to another hotel, saying it was their branch and they'd arrange my stay there. Exhausted and without an immediate alternative, I had to agree. At that hotel, they demanded payment again despite my prepaid booking, and the room was far below the quality and standards I'd booked. It looked like a coordinated way to redirect customers and charge them again. Customer care gave no proper help and simply said rooms were out of stock. If there were no rooms, why confirm my booking on 26 January? It feels like customers are deliberately redirected after they arrive: confirm the booking, deny the room, move them elsewhere, then demand more money. Be cautious before booking this property.

The rooms weren't clean or well maintained, and the staff weren't supportive or pleasant to deal with. Management was very poor and unprofessional, which made for a disappointing stay at this FabHotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

Don't go here. The room was extremely bad and unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn't lock and the roof was broken, making it feel like a horrible place. If you book through a third party like agoda, ixigo, or makemytrip, they won't let you into the room and ask you to cancel and pay them directly. Their behavior was brutal.

I booked FabHotel, but the staff wouldn't let me check in and kept pushing me to stay at another property. I refused to check in there. It was the worst experience ever, and I wouldn't recommend anyone book this property.
