We arrived late at night and had no other option, or I would've left for another hotel. The man at check-in kept apologizing, but that didn't help. The room was disgusting, with a sticky, dirty floor I couldn't walk on barefoot, unwashed, dirty sheets and pillows, damp walls, and a stink. There was no basic hygiene. The bathroom was filthy, the flush didn't work, and neither did the shower or TV. I regretted staying there. I'll never return, and I'd tell others not to trust the online room pictures. What I found was the reality.

The food was garbage and expensive. Four pieces of toast with butter cost 90 rupees, plus a 10% service charge. They don't allow outside food or drink, but their own was worse, so after that first meal I couldn't order much. I had an appointment nearby and no good options, or I never would've booked it. The room wasn't maintained, and about half the equipment didn't work. The sink was clogged and kept holding water. When I asked them to fix it, the service guy said, "ye aisa hi rehta hai." The toilet seat was dirty and there was no gyser in the washroom.

The rooms smelled bad and had fungus, as if they hadn't been opened in ages. The washroom was filthy and unhygienic, so we didn't check in because we didn't want to get sick after paying for the stay. Since our booking was prepaid, the hotel said it couldn't help, then marked us as checked in without cancelling the reservation. The fab hotels team couldn't help either. I'll uninstall fab hotels and never use it again.

The location is good, just 50m from the Metro station, and the service was okay. The room was also okay, and the food was good. But the bathroom wasn't clean and the flush didn't work properly. The small fridge didn't cool anything, the TV cable didn't work, and there was no fan or AC remote in the room. I had to keep getting up to adjust the temperature at the specific point. There was no locker service for leaving bags if you weren't staying, and visitors weren't allowed. At this rate, the rooms should be better for the price they charge.
