Fabhotel The Kiara

The constant traffic, horns, and sirens made it impossible to sleep or even sit quietly for an hour. The hotel is right by a chaotic main road, and the windows don’t keep the noise out. I was exhausted and frustrated enough to leave after one night, even though I’d paid for two. I’d rather lose the money than spend another minute there. My Super Deluxe booking first got me a tiny room without a window. They eventually moved me to the “correct” room, but it still fell far short of what the price promised. The bathroom was cramped and poorly maintained, and I had to ask staff for towels and toiletries because they weren’t provided at check-in. The furniture and cupboards were stained, dated, and in poor shape. The photos on MakeMyTrip look heavily edited, perhaps AI-modified. This was Hotel Kiara near the Delhi Airport, and it wasn’t a place I’d choose to rest before or after a flight. The service was pathetic, the rooms subpar, and the noise relentless. There are better, quieter nearby options in the same price range. Don’t book it.

I was comfortable during my stay, and the property was well kept, with convenient location, good facilities, and courteous, helpful staff. The one thing that bothered me was being charged ₹10 above the MRP for bottled water. Everything else was in good condition.

A really pleasant stay in a great location. The staff were very friendly, especially Hotel Manager Mr Rohit.

I booked Hotel Kiara, Mahipalpur in Delhi through the fabhotel site, booking ID FZSSKU. After checking in at 5:20 pm, I had to leave within two hours because there was no electricity and the hotel had no backup. They said it would be back in half an hour, but even after two hours the power hadn’t returned. We had to stay outside the hotel. It was a terrible experience, and the hotel didn’t refund me even though I checked out so soon. My money was wasted. Please look into this.
