Fabhotel The Lazeez

The room was in awful shape: sticky floors, sheets that looked unwashed, and a strong musty smell. The bathroom was worse, and it was clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned. We arrived around midnight with heavy bags after booking through oyo. A man then asked for 400 rupees extra, saying the OYO price had nothing to do with his charge. It felt like a way to cheat guests. The receptionist was cold from the start, didn't greet us, and was dismissive when I asked basic questions. I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. Avoid the place, it isn't worth your time, money, or health.

We came all the way from Kerala to Delhi and felt cheated. The man charged 1850 and didn't refund even a single rupee, despite the room conditions. Room 205 was full of leaks. Water was everywhere, including the walls, floor, and cupboards. We complained, and a cleaner wiped the floor, but it was flooded again within 10 minutes. The bed and sheets weren't clean either, and the table looked like it had been used by a mason or painter. I checked out just 10 minutes after checking in. When I said we were leaving, he showed us a room on the terrace. It smelled terrible, and with my family I didn't feel safe there. Be careful when choosing a booking app too.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel The Lazeez. The accommodation was comfortable, the service impressive, and the staff cooperative and welcoming.

We asked for their “best room,” but it was dusty, smelly, and unlivable. The other rooms were just as dirty and unhygienic, washrooms included. We also got no help when we asked about a refund. Neither the hotel staff nor the MMT team did anything to resolve it, and we were left dealing with the awful stay ourselves. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd tell others not to spend their money or peace of mind here.
