I paid ₹317, which was 25% of the tariff, before heading to the location shared by Feb Hotels. There was no hotel there, just a private hospital. I couldn't reach Fab Hotels by phone because they hung up on me. This is fraud, they're duping people.

Awful place. The room and toilet were both unclean, there was no bucket or towel, and the staff were unprofessional and uncooperative. They should let people give zero stars.

Handy location if you're flying from Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad, since it's nearby.

We stayed only four hours before checking out. Nothing listed as an amenity was available in the room: bottled water, toiletries, room service, CCTV security cameras, towels, linen, free Wi-Fi, or even the TV shown in the booking. The room smelled bad and was dirty, with dust and fungus on the blankets, floor, and walls. There was no door lock system. When we asked, they said the hotel had no locks, which made the security feel very poor. It also seemed to be a place for hourly couples' stays, which was no use to us. Listing it under the Fab Hotel Group felt deceitful and shameful.

The service was the worst, and the staff don't even know how to speak to customers. Please don't book this property.
