Fabhotel The Param Continental

We arrived with a confirmed booking made through an online platform, but the hotel denied having it and refused to honor the reservation. Staff said the property had been listed before but they couldn’t accommodate us. They were rude, dismissive, and irresponsible, leaving us stranded. They also refused to provide written confirmation of the problem, which seemed extremely suspicious and unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking here; the experience was stressful and upsetting.

We had a confirmed booking for 13 rooms at Hotel The Param Continental for the 8th, 9th, and 10th. When we arrived to look at the rooms and space, staff denied having any booking, saying there was no record from any site and no payment had reached them. Things got worse when they began misbehaving and verbally abusing us and our group. We were told to “go and do whatever you can.” The language and attitude were shocking, disrespectful, and humiliating. Denying a confirmed booking was bad enough, but the abuse crossed a line. The whole incident caused serious inconvenience, stress, and wasted time. It showed poor management, no accountability, and a lack of training. I strongly warn others against this property, especially for group or advance bookings.

This property wasn’t good. Service was very poor, the rooms and washrooms were dirty, and the bedsheets had been used. There’s no food available or kitchen on site, just rooms. The area is dusty, with trucks and garages around. The hotel is on the second floor, above a ground-floor bike or car workshop, so the surroundings aren’t a suitable atmosphere.

Even though they had taken payment, the team refused my online booking when I arrived. The coordination was very poor, and the whole thing was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
