After an hour of waiting at reception, they said they hadn’t received any message and that it wasn’t their fault. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. The TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it took an hour plus repeated calls to get a water bottle. They provided no toiletries. A terrible experience, and not what I expected from Fab.

FabHotel Yash Residency was so dirty and uncomfortable that even staying one night was difficult. The rooms were unclean, the sheets looked used, and the washroom was extremely unhygienic. It didn’t feel safe to stay there. They charged for breakfast but didn’t provide it, and basic amenities listed as included were missing or not working. Maintenance and service were very poor. I strongly don’t recommend it.

Clean bedding was a plus, and this is a basic, budget friendly option. The walls and air conditioning need maintenance, and the hotel should do a deeper clean to make the stay better.

My mom checked in today, and the room was pathetic, with no mirror to look at your face. I booked through booking.com with breakfast, but after accepting the payment they refused to provide it. One female receptionist said no to everything, and the owner seemed interested only in taking money. It feels like a complete fraud. Our money is gone. Don’t ever book here.

The staff at Fab hotel were very helpful, and the service was very good. The room facilities were good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean too.
