Five Elements Hotels North Avenue Delhi

I had a great week at Hotel Five Elements North Avenue and plan to come back for the hospitality. The rooms were spacious, with bathrooms in great condition, and there was a big selection of good food. The staff were always supportive. My baggage got locked and needed unlocking, then had to be covered with tape on the day I left, and they helped each time. Mr. Bittu and Chandan at Front Office Area were especially supportive. He also gave us a room with a location view. I really appreciate all the help.

I had to pay extra for early check in. The food selection was limited despite the menu listing more options. The electric cattle power switch didn’t work, the TV was out, and the WiFi was so weak I relied on my mobile Hotspot. Bathroom water didn’t slope toward the drain properly, so the floor stayed wet after one use, and they didn’t provide a floor matt.

Mr. Bittu Singh arranged a cab for sightseeing in Delhi, and the driver, Ankit, was polite and professional, making local travel pleasant. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent in both quality and taste. I had a wonderful stay at the Five Elements Hotel, with outstanding service, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

I’m very happy with the housekeeping. The room and bathroom were cleaned thoroughly and on time, and the staff were hardworking, honest, and professional. They were polite and helpful too. The cleanliness and dedication really stood out. I’d recommend the front office team. Excellent work, keep it up 👍
