The food was fresh and full of flavor, from the Continental dishes to everything else we tried, and the staff were attentive and professional. The dining room has a premium feel, with a lovely atmosphere and warm hospitality throughout. Chef Harikesh Sharma stood out for his creativity, careful presentation, and the new dishes and flavors he brings to the menu. He was also humble and professional. Harsh and Samaksh Gupta were polite, attentive, and helped make us feel comfortable. The other staff were just as welcoming. I had a memorable luxury dining experience at Fortune Park, Vivek Vihar. I’d recommend it to food lovers and anyone looking for a special meal with family or friends. When you visit, be sure to meet Chef Harikesh Sharma, Harsh and Samaksh Gupta OMKAR.

The buffet dinner had plenty of delicious choices, and Chef Harikesh made his signature Laal Maas and Chole especially for us. Both were outstanding and memorable. Room service was prompt and well organized, too. Wehad a very pleasant stay at Hotel Fortune East Delhi. The rooms were cleaned every day, housekeeping was excellent, and the hospitality was great. Many thanks to Mr.Sandeep and Mr. Pankajabd Sakshi for the service. I’d happily recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, food, and service, and hope to visit again.

I’ve been a member at this Surajmal vihar property for the past year, and the managers, chefs, and restaurant staff have all been very good. Samaskh is my first point of contact and always gives me such a positive welcome. Mr Pankaj, Mr Anirudh, chef Mr Harikesh, suraj, and Azad also go out of their way to look after us and make dining memorable. Housekeeping vikas and service Tanmay are very polite as well. This hotel and Neptune are always worth visiting. Thanks to all of them.

Chef Naveen deserves a mention for the fresh, flavourful food and lovely presentation. Everything seemed carefully prepared. Waiter Sandeep and ruchi were polite, attentive, and professional, and made sure I was comfortable with a warm smile. I had a wonderful visit to zodiac, East Delhi. The hospitality and service were great, and it’s nice to see staff who care about guests. Highly recommended, and I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Dinner at Zodiac was a highlight, with a generous buffet full of tasty dishes, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying too. Chef Harikesh Sharma and Chef Suraj Bisht gave us personal attention and prepared special dishes that made the meals feel memorable. Anirudh gave us a warm welcome at the restaurant. Tushar, Sandeep Yadav, and Abdesh were courteous and attentive, adding a personal touch throughout our stay. The staff’s warmth made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. We had a comfortable, delightful stay at Fortune Park Hotel, better than we expected. I’d recommend it for the food and hospitality, and we look forward to returning.
