Central Guest House

I had a disappointing two-day stay at Center Guest House Hotel. There was no hot water even after I told the staff three times, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. The checkout policy was also never explained, either in the booking details or at reception, and nobody mentioned it during my stay. When I called in the late afternoon to check out, I was suddenly told I owed an extra day because checkout was at 12:00 noon. The staff couldn’t explain why that hadn’t been made clear earlier. The poor service and lack of transparency make it hard to recommend. Guests deserve clearer communication and more professional treatment.

The management is really bad. There’s no clear checkout time, and if you check in early, around 5-6 AM, they’ll make you leave at that same time. There’s no courtesy toward guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are plenty of better hotels in the same area at the same price.

Rubbish hotel, very bad behavior. Don’t go there. It only benefits the markaz.

This place is awful for cleanliness, customer care, and staff behavior. The guy gave us wrong information and cheated us out of one day’s rent. Really, really bad people. Better to find a hotel in person, where you can get a room any day, 24x7x365. Don’t use online booking for this guest house.
