IIDL Suites New Delhi

The shower pressure was a real highlight, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. Our room was spacious, spotless, and clearly well looked after. Kushar Singh ji, the manager, was warm and incredibly helpful, going out of his way to assist us and do extra favors. We felt very well cared for, and the whole team was just as attentive and professional. We had a memorable stay at IIDL Suites and would happily recommend it.

I misplaced my pearl ring and mentioned it casually to Manish at the concierge. Akhil helped with my bags. The staff were so welcoming and honest, and made the place feel reliable. I stayed three days and have no complaints. It’s in a great spot, and the hospitality gives five-star hotels a run for their money. Please give them all a pay rise. Love IIDL Suites, I’d choose to stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with a fridge, induction cooker, and bathtub, and the service was good. Mayur Vihar Extension metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast had enough variety. You can see some wear in the plywood, floor marble, and taps, probably from the water’s high salinity. Still, after six nights, I didn’t find it a deal breaker.

My wife, child, and I stayed at IILS Suites for two nights, and I wouldn’t recommend it. While we were out at breakfast, staff entered and cleaned our room without telling us or asking permission. Coming back to find someone had been in there was frightening, especially with family. At the front desk, we asked who had authorized it and were told casually that “it’s our procedure.” I’ve stayed in hotels from three to five stars for years and have never had staff enter without notice. I’d seen similar complaints in other reviews but overlooked them because we only needed a short stay. That was a mistake. It raises serious privacy and safety concerns, since anything could happen while you’re away. Be cautious about booking here.
