The reception team always makes a good impression, especially Miss Priyanka and Miss Upama. They’re efficient, professional, and welcoming, and their prompt help and warm smiles make each visit more comfortable and memorable. Hotel Himalaya, Bongaigaon is my home away from home and my first choice when I’m in the city. It’s conveniently placed for getting around, yet the atmosphere stays peaceful. The rooms are consistently neat, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Food quality is excellent, with tasty meals prepared hygienically. The whole team is courteous and dedicated to giving guests a pleasant stay. The management has created a friendly, respectful, guest-focused culture, with everyone from the owner to the security personnel contributing. I highly recommend Hotel Himalaya for a comfortable, hygienic, well-managed stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The restaurant serves quality food, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are available. I was concerned about keeping them separate, but they assured me they do so. The restaurant manager and staff were kind, well behaved, and good at their jobs. I stayed for two days and was very satisfied with how clean and hygienic the room was. Kudos to housekeeping and management. Service was very good too, with professional, kind staff who worked quickly. The reception team was decent, professional, and kind.
