The owner was really nice and chill, and I had a fun time here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There are several vehicle rental places and adventure sports offices just below the hotel, while the Ghats and other touristy places are within walking distance.

“Zero” rating. Rats and cockroaches were roaming around inside, and the room smelled foul. The photos are fake! It’s a very old property, and the bathroom door lock wasn’t working. Worst, worst, worst. This didn’t feel like a hotel at all, more like a low-grade lodge below even a 1-star place.

The room was in bad condition, and the smell of smoke was everywhere. This isn’t a place I’d stay with family. When booking, I was told there would be view rooms and mineral water, but neither was provided. As soon as I saw the room, I decided not to stay, yet they didn’t refund my payment. A really bad experience, and it felt like a scam.

I wish reviewers would be honest, because it would really help others. The hotel was stinky and smelled of smoke, and the rooms shown online were nothing like the actual ones. After waiting just 10 minutes, we decided to leave. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. I’d give it zero or minus stars if I could 🙊. This isn’t Bhagirathi, it’s "Bhaag O Atithi".
