The rooms were dirty and the AC didn't work. Staff were rude and didn't seem to care when we raised problems. The mattresses felt like cheap foam strips and made it hard to sleep. They called it “normal” and wouldn't help, even though better rooms and mattresses were available.

I had sleepless nights on a poor mattress that seemed to be made from cheap foam strips. When I complained, the rude, unhelpful staff brushed it off as “normal” and wouldn't assist, even though rooms or mattresses were available.

The washroom at Radhe Krishna Hotel in Rishikesh wasn't clean or hygienic, and the room was missing basic things. There was no hot water or proper place to charge a phone. Maintenance and cleanliness were poor throughout. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they improve the facilities and hygiene.

There are better places for the same price. My room was a nightmare: the door only had a broken latch, no lock. After moderate rain, water dripped in through the window panel. The receptionist refused to have it cleaned and told me to put up with it until morning. There was no AC backup, no Wi-Fi even for a fee, and no food or drinks available, even if I was willing to pay extra.
