Raga on the Ganges

Apeksha’s yoga session was refreshing and really enjoyable, and Neha was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the food tasted great. We were very comfortable at the hotel and had a great experience. Looking forward to coming back!

The natural beauty outside the window felt calming and almost divine, and the setting had a peaceful, soulful feel. Soft lighting and the spiritual atmosphere added to it. The sattvik-style food was simple but delicious and suited the mood. Music, nature, spirituality, and hospitality came together beautifully. I’ll always cherish the experience, and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys soulful evenings and meaningful moments.

The property is gorgeous, with striking, almost magical views. We spent two nights there and came away feeling deeply rejuvenated. It’s a place for slow, calm living, with birdsong and the sound of the Ganga flowing nearby. Every dish we had was delicious. Try the mandua ki roti, pahadi noon, and pahadi chutney. We also had a relaxing spa session with an incredible view. Everyone we met, from security and reception to housekeeping, the restaurant, and the spa, was respectful. Mr Gurpal and the associate whose name I can’t recall kindly shared pahadi chutney recipes and offered us some of the specially prepared pahadi noon to take with us. Mr Sagar also deserves a big thank you for recommending the Kumaoni Thali, which made for a delicious lunch. Without hesitation, I’d choose this place for a great getaway if you want to reflect and come back feeling renewed.

The in-house Ganga Aarti at the resort was a peaceful highlight, calm and soulful, and far less crowded. It gave me a real sense of connection. I’d definitely like to visit again. Gurupal Singh from the restaurant team made breakfast and high tea a pleasure with his warm, attentive, professional service. Himanshu from the activities team was also extremely helpful and engaging, and the activities were thoughtfully planned and added a lot to the stay. Raga on the Ganges is right by the Ganga, with breathtaking views and a serene setting. The hospitality and service were A-1, and the whole experience was memorable. A calming place to relax and recharge.
