At checkout they asked me to show my booking on my phone. After I handed it over, they seemed to go into something else and submit a good rating without telling me. My screen said “thank you for your feedback.” When I asked about it, the staff member denied doing anything, so I submitted my own rating again, though I don’t know if it replaced theirs. OYO management should address this and the poor service. We should get our money back for such a terrible stay. The room and toilet were dirty, the flush didn’t work, and the bedsheet smelled bad. Staff at reception were rude. They said no rooms were available when we asked, yet an online booking seemed possible. We had to ask for towels, and they gave just one for two guests. A second took ages, and when I asked why, they rudely said they had many rooms to serve. The TV never worked despite five requests, and the WiFi was down too.

Oyo moved me to another hotel, thankfully, after I arrived to find the staff saying every room was full and they couldn’t accommodate me, even though I’d booked and paid in advance. They wouldn’t speak properly with Oyo’s senior representative either. The staff seem untrained and don’t know how to talk to guests. I’d avoid this place; I had concerns about what seemed like illegal activity there, and it could leave you in a difficult situation.

We arrived at 11 at night after booking through Goibibo, but staff refused to let us in, saying they were overbooked. The owner didn’t help when we called. We were left on the street in the middle of the night for four hours, and there were two other people facing the same problem. The staff were extremely rude. Be careful booking here, they may turn you away.

The lobby was wet all the time, the wardrobe door was broken, and the room wasn’t clean. The AC didn’t work properly, and there were mosquitoes in the washroom. The manager didn’t know how to speak to people. If you don’t call several times, they won’t finish your order. Avoid it if you can.
