They charged an extra 180 rupees as a service charge. The room wasn't properly clean, and neither the pillow nor the bedsheet was clean.

It was impossible to sleep because of the constant noise inside and outside HOTEL AV International. The staff were rude and completely unresponsive, acting like they didn't care about guests. The rooms were filthy, the bedding was stained, and there was a horrible smell throughout. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, while the towels were stained and unusable. For the price, it's a complete rip-off, one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Stay far away from this dump.

The room was disgusting: stained sheets, a mattress that felt 100 years old, pan masala on the walls, and a mat outside the bathroom that made my feet dirty. Just remembering it makes me feel like vomiting. For hot water, they gave me an immersion rod to heat water in a bucket. The waiter demanded a tip for bringing a soap water bottle and a towel, then pushed me to have a call girl for the night and showed me pictures on his phone. I was annoyed and forced him out because he wouldn't leave without a tip. Worst experience. Spend some rs500 more and stay at another nearby hotel.

Please don't go here. The cleaners were very rough in how they behaved, and you could be in danger while staying at this hotel. I paid in full when I booked, but at checkout they suddenly asked for another 400 rupee. I was shocked, though they eventually couldn't get any money from me. I booked an AC room and paid the AC room rate, but after 2 or 3 hours they switched the AC off. They control it and had the temperature fixed at 24 degree, which I couldn't change. They are cheaters. Strongly suggest not going.
