Karol Bagh made shopping and getting to the metro convenient, and I thought the stay was good value. I was especially happy with the fresher feel of the room after the mattresses, linens, bedsheets, and pillows had been replaced. The room was well kept, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I liked the manager at Day, Brahmadev, too. He’s a really hardworking guy.☺ I’d consider staying here again.

Getting around from the location was easy, and the facilities matched what was described during booking. Room service was quick, check-in went smoothly, and the place felt safe and comfortable. Karol Bagh is a convenient base, and the comfort made the stay good value. I’d recommend it to business or family travelers. The room was organized, clean, and properly looked after, with hygiene clearly taken seriously. Staff responded quickly to small requests and were courteous. Check-in was easy, and the service felt professional. I stayed a couple of days and had a very good experience.

The market and transport were easy to reach from Hotel Elegance. The rooms were tidy, clean, and maintained well, and the staff were very polite and cooperative. I had a really comfortable stay.
