The buffet had lots of flavorful choices, and every meal felt carefully prepared. The staff kept checking that guests were comfortable, and the dining service was quick and thoughtful. Rohan sir deserves special appreciation for being warm and professional, anticipating what I needed, and making sure each dish was served just right. That personal attention made the experience memorable. My stay at kian hotel mahipalpur was outstanding, and I'd highly recommend kian hotel Mahipalpur for great food and service.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay. Ms. Geeta Sharma from housekeeping kept our room in impeccable condition, changed the linens on time, and paid close attention to details. Her dedication and professionalism added a lot to our experience.

The 4.7 rating shouldn't be trusted, the reviews look clearly inflated by bots. Sanjay was excellent during our stay, offering recommendations and handling our requests, and the water was hot. The hotel is close to the airport, but it's dirty and run down, with a vermin problem. The walls are stained, surfaces in the bathroom, on the tables, and on the mirror were grimy, and the sheets had stains, including blood. There were droppings in our room, and at night we could hear rats running in the ceiling. The mattress was very old and dirty, and because they don't use fitted sheets, the top sheet sometimes shifted and exposed more stains. The other men there stared a lot, and I didn't feel comfortable going anywhere in the hotel alone. I don't need new facilities, but the place needs cleaning and the vermin need to be dealt with.

We booked rooms well ahead, but on our arrival they said nothing was available and pushed us to their sister property, Hotel Palm View, claiming its rooms were even better than Kian's. We ended up changing hotels at the last minute, and the rooms at Hotel Palm View were poorly maintained for the ₹2500 price. At booking, they had also raised the room price, saying the rooms were upgraded, but they weren't. I understand prices change with demand and season, but they could have given a truthful reason instead of a blatant lie. It was highly unprofessional. The housekeeping workers also have no basic manners. On my previous visit, they stared at women guests and smirked, which felt disgusting. I didn't mention it then because the service overall had been fine, but this time I felt it needed saying. The rooms themselves are really good, though staff professionalism needs work. I'd stayed here before and liked it, so this time was very disappointing.
