The staff's behavior wasn't up to the mark, and they delayed everything. The hotel has no kitchen of its own. Online rates look cheap, but it also gives money to cab and auto drivers, so beware of that fraud. The way to the hotel is a garbage-filled place with a strong smell, and I wouldn't call it a family hotel. I stayed in room 201. Its AC would switch on, but the temperature stayed at 25 even after I tried several remotes. There's only one wall fan, and it doesn't rotate. The TV had no recharge, and the restrooms were even worse. I'd rate this a 2/10. Check nearby hotels and inspect everything before paying.

The staff were very bad. We asked them to turn on the AC, but nobody did for an hour, and they just argued with us. The bathroom was broken, had no lock, and there was no soap. The location was awful for a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here with family or with more than two people. Cheap hotel, never visit.

What they promised before check-in turned out to be lies. This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It will definitely ruin your stay.

I was traveling with my family and didn't realize when I booked online that the hotel was near a red-light area. It wasn't a suitable or comfortable place for us. The staff refused my refund request, which was disappointing. I'm sharing this so other families can avoid the same situation. Check the location carefully before booking.

There are a number of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is in a good location. My family and I stayed at Hotel Kaushal Palace for three nights and loved it. We were satisfied with the hospitality and the staff's behavior.
