The bathroom had nowhere to hang clothes, so while showering I had to leave them on top of the commode. The door was see-through too, which felt really uncomfortable since I was there with my mom. The fan was extremely loud, and despite paying for an AC room, they switched the air conditioning off in the middle of the night. We were all hot and sweaty. When I asked them to turn it back on, the staff answered with excuses in a very rude tone.

I couldn't last more than half an hour because the room felt so stuffy. None of the charging points worked, there were network problems, and the bedsheets were filthy. They didn't refund my money either. Worst hotel I've ever experienced, don't come here.

We paid ₹1600 a day for a room for four at Hotel Kelson DX, which was much cheaper than nearby places. The room was clean, comfortable, and decent enough for a short visit. Getting around was easy, and there were food options close by. The staff were polite and helpful. It's not a luxury stay, but for the cost it offers good value in Delhi.
