Hotel Kochar Plaza by OYO Rooms

We booked through OYO at a cheap price, then were charged twice the amount when we arrived. The room smelled awful and felt really unhygienic. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the blanket smelled terrible. The photos are very fake. One of the worst rooms ever.

The rooms were in terrible, dilapidated shape and stank. There was absolutely no service of any kind. Worst kind of hotel.

The room and washroom both had dampness, and the room smelled. The towel was dirty and hadn’t been washed. Service was zero, a really bad experience.

The room I got was different from what the Airbnb listing showed, where it looked premium. When I objected, the owner offered a room at one of his other properties. I refused and asked for my money back, but it’s been a year and I still haven’t received anything. The owner even said I could do whatever I wanted, but he wouldn’t refund a penny. It was one of my worst experiences in Delhi. The listing felt like a sham to lure customers. No wonder the hotel has 2.3 stars.
