Hotel LA New Delhi

The rooms were average and didn’t make the stay worth it. Staff also checked our bags in uncomfortable detail, opening every pocket and zip. The hotel requires a ₹3000 security deposit, doesn’t allow outside food, and charges ₹500 extra if you bring your own bottle. Poor policies and management made this one of my worst hotel experiences.

I had a comfortable stay at LA Hotel in New Delhi, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and spacious enough to relax in. Staff were polite and helpful with requests, and check-in was smooth and professional. The food quality was very good. Wi-Fi, parking, and room service were available, and room service worked well during my stay. It felt like good value for the money. I’d recommend the hotel for business trips or short stays in New Delhi, given the cleanliness, courteous staff, and facilities.

The staff were friendly enough, and the hotel looks good overall. For the price it’s OK, but room service and in-room dining need more care and accuracy. I’d call it a bit above a 3-star place, rather than a 4-star one. The food is good, though breakfast choices are limited. It’s in a remote spot, so getting to any market means taking a taxi, it’s not walkable.

For a wedding booking enquiry, the bride’s mother couldn’t even enter unless she was a staying guest. They also said bringing your own alcohol costs ₹1000 per bottle, and their restrictions on alcohol, photography, and guests left me wondering why this place calls itself a hotel. Every conversation with the sales manager brought another demand for extra payment, and he was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and seemed to be looking for ways to squeeze money out of us. They claim to be a premium property, yet quoted ₹6500 for rooms worth ₹2500, with no justification. Overpriced and underwhelming. With rules like these, Hotel LA might as well call itself LA PG Services. The whole visit was frustrating and mentally exhausting. Don’t book here if you value your sanity, self-respect, or peace of mind.
