The room the manager gave us was a deluxe one with a higher price, but it was filthy and dusty, and the bathroom was just as dirty. The TV and phone charging points didn't work either. I stayed only overnight, then left in the morning to bathe at another hotel. This place wasn't worth what I paid. The owner and manager don't seem to look after its upkeep.
The food was average, and the accommodation itself was average too. The staff were definitely committed to helping, though. Whenever something went wrong, I could call and they'd sort it out. All in all, it was okay.
The location is the best part, right in the center and easy to reach. It's a quiet, decent hotel, with amenities that vary from room to room.
The rooms have loads of space, but the hotel is very poorly maintained.
It seems to have been built with care, but it's been left to deteriorate. The place badly needs renovation and proper housekeeping, and it needs an owner with some vision. The management seems not to care at all about the hotel's upkeep or reputation. Such a disappointing stay. I can't understand how anyone gave this worst hotel even three stars.
