We liked it enough to extend our stay by a day. The staff were kind and quick to help, whether we called reception or asked them directly. I also needed to keep ice blocks in the freezer for medicine that had to stay within specific temperatures, and the staff helped me put them in and take them out. The hotel is close to many attractions, and the street has restaurants, fruit and fresh juice stalls, pharmacies, and beauty parlors and hairdressers. For hot water, just ask reception to switch on the boiler downstairs. It gets boiling hot within five minutes. I highly recommend the place, especially for how helpful the staff are. Perfect stay! :D

Only book if you really have to. The rooms are just okay, and the bathrooms are so tiny one person can't bathe properly. Both managers were third class and didn't know how to treat a customer.

The rooms are tiny and very dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. Sometimes the AC didn't work either. The staff were so rude and didn't know how to deal with customers. They only seemed interested in money, not providing good service. Worst hotel, please don't visit.

They quoted 800 for the room before I arrived, then charged me another 100 after checkout. It's not a big amount, but a scam is still a scam. The staff weren't cooperative and spoke very rudely. If you want to avoid being scammed, please don't stay here.

The place was well located for exploring the area and had good facilities. Hot water in the bathroom worked reliably. Cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, though, and the staff were decent but could do better. I came away with mixed feelings.
