I've known Major's Den for decades, and it's still my favorite place to stay in Delhi. I can't imagine choosing somewhere else. Tucked into a quiet side street in busy Paharganj, it feels like a calm little paradise. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and just what I need. The owner and manager are friendly and always happy to help, and everyone on staff is polite and well behaved. Enjoy your stay if you give it a try!

My room cost 1300 rupees a night and had a window facing the street, but it was designed to keep the noise out. The room also came with a kettle, towel, and soap, and they gave me fresh filtered water, so I didn't need to buy more plastic bottles. The owner and manager showed real care and were helpful throughout. Major’s Den turned my experience of coming to Delhi around. It's a lovely, calm, clean oasis. I left after two nurturing nights feeling well rested and looking forward to coming back.

I've been returning for many years because the service is lovely. Most rooms are spacious, and the location feels safe and quiet on a side street while still being very central. The metro, New Delhi train station, and plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby.

Close to New Delhi railway station, the hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are very hygienic, and hot water is available 24/7. The host and staff are professional and caring, and the hospitality is very good. The prices are reasonable for the services they provide. ❤️❤️❤️
