There was no parking, the bathroom drain was blocked so water wouldn’t go down, and some fittings were broken. The AC was old and noisy, and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly. I paid ₹2,500 + GST, which this place wasn’t worth. A pathetic stay, and I can’t recommend it.

Nice experience, with amazing hospitality. For the price, it felt worth it.

The restaurant put us off so much that we took meals in the room, skipped breakfast, and chose to eat outside. We’d paid for dinner and breakfast, but the restaurant was awful. The rooms were somewhat messy and not very clean, and the whole place felt crowded. The location is awkward and overly busy, which made it inconvenient for a comfortable stay. I’d consider it only in an emergency if there were no other options. Otherwise, I’d look for a hotel in a better area.

Housekeeping and restaurant staff were helpful and polite, but they seem to need better training on standards. The reception, on the other hand, wasn’t welcoming and came across a bit rude, though I don’t think it was intentional. The Karol Bagh market location isn’t impressive-looking, even if the main market road is only a five-minute walk away. There were lots of mosquitoes, so bring repellent. The room was average and dimly lit, and the low light seemed to hide how unclean it was. Hair was all over the sheets, and I had to dust off the pillows in the bathroom before using them. The bathroom was okay, but the pipes and shower hadn’t been cleaned. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Old, dusty curtains cover the windows, so I wouldn’t risk opening them. For the price, I’ve stayed in much better hotels in different countries. I wouldn’t call it a family hotel.
