The location was good, within walking distance of the metro, but the stay was poor from the start. We arrived at 1 am and the receptionist spent 10 minutes checking our booking before making us wait. We’d booked and paid for three guests, but they didn’t arrange a separate bed or even a mattress for the third person, and wanted extra money for a mattress. The bathroom had no lights, and despite asking the receptionist several times, we couldn’t get hot water because the geyser didn’t work. A second room he showed us had the same problem. There were no towels or soap, and even after asking for a good, clean room, we didn’t get one.

I wasn’t happy with the service, and the room could’ve been cleaner, though it was decent enough for the price. Make sure you have a proper conversation before booking. I’d booked for 24 hours and clearly mentioned early check-in, but they still tried to charge me extra.

The geyser tap gave me an electric shock as soon as I touched it, and the staff didn’t seem bothered enough to do anything. The washrooms were filthy and full of insects, the rooms were dirty too, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were in terrible condition. At reception, the guy apparently didn’t understand what early check-in or full payment at check-in meant. He asked for extra money on top of the booking price. A stay here would be a nightmare. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This was my worst stay in Delhi. The beds were dirty, the sheets torn, the floors unclean, and the toilet stank. There was no hot water, air conditioning, or working toilet, and the place cost far too much. A waste of money, and no human dignity.

There was no ventilation or air, and the room smelled bad. Hygiene and service were poor, and they charged extra. No breakfast, no geyser in winter, and they didn’t provide the services shown on the online sites. Booking in advance is risky because they don’t refund. Don’t apologize for a known mistake and call it an accident. You’re not providing what you advertise. A waste of time and money.
