The beds were broken, the room looked yellowish, and the washroom smelled. There were insects and termites all over. They overcharged us at check-in, then claimed we'd damaged the property and charged more. The hotel is on the 3rd floor but labelled as the 2nd. Don't trust the pictures on OYO or Google.

The rooms were scary and in terrible shape. The manager asked us to pay double the price we'd booked through the OYO application. Don't be fooled by the photos or assume that, because it looks like an OYO property, the booking price will be respected.

My visit was disappointing because the staff were discourteous throughout. They were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, with no courtesy at all.

The rooms aren't clean. Cleanliness should come first in any hotel, whether it's expensive or cheap, so don't rely on the photos on OYO.

The price displayed isn't one to trust. Once you arrive, they tell you there are all sorts of unexpected charges and taxes to pay. The service was horrible, and they just wasted my time ☹️.
