Hotel O SRV palace

The room was okay, and the food was good, but the TV didn't work. Staff were noisy until 2-3 AM, and they were clumsy and took ages to deliver food or other room service. At checkout, the receptionist made us wait and asked us to leave a review and rating to help their score.

The hotel seems to operate under both the names SRV and PLATINUM, and neither name is displayed clearly. At arrival, the receptionist asked for more than the price shown on the OYO website. The rooms weren't clean, had only a few lights, and the TV didn't work. I would avoid it, and OYO should regularly audit hotels like this.

The hotel service was deplorable, and I was given a pathetic room. The receptionist, manika, initially refused my check-in because I'd paid online. She said I shouldn't have paid that way because OYO takes a long time to pay them. I complained about her, and only then did she accept me.

The receptionist was rude and kept sending boys to ask us about extra services, meaning girls. She also repeatedly advised us to cancel our OYO booking and book directly at reception.
