After missing my flight, I urgently booked this place through OYO. I got there around 3 am and was told the property had been sold to someone else and was now operating under another name. They also said every room was occupied, leaving me stuck in a helpless, disappointing situation. The staff were extremely rude. I wouldn't wish this ridiculous experience on anyone and strongly advise against staying here. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give it.

I spent 8 days there, and hated the stay. The rooms may be maintained well, but the person in charge needs to learn how to treat customers. He was harsh with guests, and when I went to raise something, he'd tell me to wait while he watched TikTok on his phone. Once the video ended, he'd ask what I wanted in an arrogant tone. He even opened my room door and walked in without knocking.

The staff were very good and ready to help at any time, but the room wasn't clean. The TV didn't work, and the room hadn't been sanitized either.

We paid around 450 rupees for a room, and it was very good for the price. It also had a balcony and is only about 30 minutes from the airport.

The room was nice and clean, with all the facilities. The only issue during my stay was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working.
