Hotel Bless Inn Near New Delhi Railway Station

The rooms were clean and modern, the service was excellent, and staff responded to what we needed. They're very small, though, with hardly any storage. The Wi-Fi was good and the smart TVs worked in both rooms. Breakfast is served at a hotel a few doors down. There aren't any five-star restaurants within walking distance, but plenty of cafe-style places are nearby. It's busy around the hotel, as you'd expect in Delhi. A good option for a short stay.

Some of my belongings were taken, and that made an already awful stay even worse. I was there for just two days, but they made me pay for four without giving a proper explanation. The staff were rude and disrespectful. Instead of handling the problem politely, they shouted, abused, and threatened me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Guests should be treated with respect and professionalism, and that didn't happen here. Be very careful before booking. Based on what happened to me, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was reliable and kept things clean throughout the stay, which made it more comfortable. The rooms at Hotel bless inn are spacious and well ventilated, with the essential amenities, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good lighting.

I've stayed at Hotel Bless Inn in Delhi twice, for about 12 days total, so this comes from longer stays rather than just one night. Room quality varies a lot. Only two or three rooms are decent, while most are poorly maintained and don't seem worth the price. Cleanliness and upkeep were lacking too. On both visits, there were extra or unclear items on the bill, so you have to check each charge carefully. I'd avoid ordering from the hotel restaurant, since the prices are extremely high for the quality and can push your bill up considerably. There are many better hotels in Delhi at similar prices, with better rooms, honest billing, and better service. After staying there for several days, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Bless Inn.
