The room was very bad, the staff were very bad, there was no hot water, and the hotel was empty, like I was the only guest. At first, the manager was rude. A few hours after I booked, a staff member came to ask me for cash to help his family. He told fake stories to make me feel bad, but I didn't give him money. Later, I ordered chai and paid with a 100 rupee note. He said he'd bring the change, but never came back. When I told the manager and asked for the staff member's number, the manager said he didn't have it. Please stay safe from this scam and fake reviews. Believe me, choose another hotel. If you can't find one, a railway platform or any other place is better than this hotel.

The manager was very rude and didn't care about customer requests or needs. Room service was pathetic, there was no real service, and all they gave me was Medimix soap (₹ 5 ) and a towel. They had no water filter and NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED. It looked clean at first, but during the stay I found the showers were dirty and there was no hot water round the clock. I waited 20 min in the shower, told room service and the manager, then had to bathe in cold water. There are cameras, but the locality doesn't feel safe. When our cab driver brought us back from sightseeing around 11.30 pm, he told us to get inside quickly and waited until we did. There were undesirable elements roaming around.

Stay alert, they try to loot your money. A staff member asked for money, saying it was help for his child, but he actually wanted alcohol. He also asked me to get a girl in the hotel for a night and asked me for rupees. Police, please take action against them. Report the hotel and don't book a room here under any circumstances.

The balcony was a real plus, and the location worked well for me. Moolchand metro station is nearby, with paranthas and meals available there. It’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. My one real complaint is that there’s no lift, which was difficult at my age, over 80.
