Hotel Livasa Inn

My family and I spent 7 nights at Hotel livasa inn in a Suite Family Room. There were 3 adults and 2 kids, and we all had a great time, especially the children, who loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The room was spacious and clean, with a large, tidy washroom. The interior and facilities were great, and the amenities felt on par with a 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to p.k, Raj, s.k and a.k both mahesh for making it such a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful family hotel, and we’d recommend it to others.

It was easy to find affordable places for breakfast, lunch, or dinner just a few minutes’ walk away. The room was awesome, and the location worked well for touring Delhi. The staff were really friendly. I loved staying here and would recommend it to people close to me visiting Delhi. Thanks for everything.

The location near the market is the best part, and service was quick and good. The staff were well behaved, and the other facilities were there. Still, the room didn’t feel worth the price. The sockets weren’t working, the bathroom needs better cleaning, and the room’s interior looks a little old and needs renovating. Decent overall.

We stayed just two nights and spent most of our time out, so we managed, but I’m sharing what the rooms we had were like. We paid a hefty ₹12k for 2 rooms over 2 nights. Maybe the first floor rooms are the issue, since I saw people returning as regular customers, but if so, we were unlucky. The area has plenty of similar hotels, so don’t rely on the name alone. I even saw one with “International” in its name. I can’t say what explains the positive Google reviews, but our stay was far from those comments. Not everyone may be able to put up with these conditions. Please look at the attached photos and judge for yourself. The staff were humble, polite, and listened to our concerns. The location is convenient too, close to Karol Bagh market, with e-rickshaws and Uber available. There are good breakfast places within 800 meters, including Saravana bhavan. Avoid Annapoorna, Saravana bhavan is much better. Our first floor room, one of the 10x rooms, was in rough shape. The sheets and blankets had stains, the headboard was untidy, the table chair was broken, and the switchboard was broken. The AC had no controls apart from on or off. The bathroom was the worst part and felt completely unhygienic. Its floor was broken, there was no shower curtain, and water covered the floor and toilet area after a shower. You’d have to carefully aim the shower to keep the toilet dry, or take a yoga class, just joking. The door was broken, rusty, and wouldn’t lock properly. There was a sponge by the shower and washbasin for putting soap on. I made the mistake of turning it over and found blackish mould underneath.
