The hotel’s atmosphere isn’t worth 999 Rs, and the rooms are tiny. They wouldn’t accept the booking if you’d paid less than 999 online, then told us to contact Fab Hotel Assist and kept us waiting until we paid more. This was the worst Kanchan Palace Hotel I’ve ever visited. Don’t choose it if you don’t want an uncomfortable stay. And if you’re with a woman, please, please don’t come here.
The food was good, just above average, though not especially great. The reception staff were rude. The rooms are small, which makes sense for a small budget, but the toilet smelled and the taps leaked. There were mosquitoes in the room, the sheets weren’t clean, and the AC made far too much noise.
I came with my family today, and the extreme heat made my mother ill. The AC has been broken since morning, and even now the employees aren’t paying attention to it. I’m having a really bad experience. I hope they fix this soon.
The rooms smelled, including the bedsheets, and the place looked more like a brothel. The location felt like walking into a slum. Staff chewed gutka and similar stuff while talking to you. They don’t accept cards or cashless payment. Think ten times before booking. Zero stars.
