We checked in around 1 AM and found a dusty, dirty room. When we asked for it to be cleaned right away, staff told us to put up with it until morning. The blanket looked unwashed, and there seemed to be a fresh blood stain on it. My husband and I had arrived on a late night flight and asked a cab driver for a decent family-friendly hotel. Before we paid, we were assured this place was safe for families. Instead, when we raised the issue, the caretaker threatened us and kept telling us what to say to the manager, insisting we not mention the stain. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so we checked out, but the manager refused a refund after hearing what had happened. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic guest safety were lacking. Not recommended.

Our family was treated badly for no reason, and the staff were disrespectful. The room was dirty and unhygienic, showing no care or management. They also charged extra, claiming it was for “extra timing.” It felt like cheating customers. There was no professionalism, honesty, or basic standard here. Our whole family is angry and disappointed. I strongly warn others to stay away.

The sheets were stained and dirty, and we forgot to take pictures. The room we'd booked had no working AC or even tissues, so they moved us to a smaller room and said there'd be an extra charge. They kept switching off the AC there too, and we had to call again and again to get it turned back on. This was the worst experience I've had.

Breakfast took more than an hour to arrive. They don't have a restaurant, just room service, and the housekeeping staff had no manners when speaking to guests. Hospitality was a complete zero. The room was dirty and dusty, with dust mites and a serious bed bug problem. I was put in a room where the previous guest had smoked. The bathroom ducts connected to other rooms, so smoke from people staying up late and smoking there affected the air quality in my room. There was no cleanliness or hygiene.

Even after paying 1600, the room wasn't good. The door lock was very stiff, and the bathroom lock wouldn't work.
