My OYO app booking came with a dirty room. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the dustbin was dirty too, and there were patches on the walls from water leakage. When I asked to switch rooms, staff refused, saying none were available even though I could see rooms available. At checkout, a staff member asked for my phone; when I asked why, he told me to give the visit a 5 star rating. The switch was behind the almirah, making it difficult to reach, as shown in the attached pictures. Overall, a bad experience.

The staff were attentive and professional from the moment we arrived until we left, and everything was fantastic. Thanks for keeping the cake on chill and letting us in early to decorate the area :-) Great hotel in keshopur area, with good staaf.

The room was spotless and really spacious, and the food was great too. Check-in and checkout were easy, with no problems. Big thanks to everyone running the hotel. Couples are welcome, and I’m giving it five stars.

We had a delicious breakfast, and the restaurant menu was good and fairly priced. Our room was clean and roomy, with a nice bathroom and plenty of closet space.

The rooms were filthy, and the sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled bad. There wasn’t even a water bottle or glass in the room. The fan and AC seemed to be there just for show, and room service was terrible. They didn’t provide tissues with lunch or dinner either. We were also sent to another hotel and harassed. Even when you book a deluxe room, they may give you a cheaper room. A very bad experience.
