Hotel Shiva Dx.

It was a simple, functional room, which was just what I wanted. It had a cozy bed, a good shower, and reliable Wi-Fi, and it was clean and well maintained. Nothing overly fancy, but comfortable.

The rooms were in really bad shape. I found two rats roaming around at night, and when I complained to the service desk, I got a very rude reply. The service desk staff were especially ill-mannered.

The owner treated me very badly. At checkout, I was only an hour late, but he first asked me for ₹300 and I eventually had to pay ₹100. On top of that, the place was too expensive for what it offered. The bedsheets were very dirty, the toilet wasn't clean at all, they didn't give me a towel, and the room wouldn't lock from the inside. The room and service were awful. Worst experience of my life.

At checkout, our outstanding amount was 5000. He had told us earlier that the amount was 5000, but in the end he demanded another 2000. Everything seemed fine until then.
